I understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to cancel! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact as soon as possible at (815) 503-4580 or lashcouturebycyn@gmail.com. In case of emergencies, don’t hesitate to reach out directly I’m always willing to work with you. Out of respect for my time and other clients, there is a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance. I value both your time and mine. I allow a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive later than 15 minutes, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. First occurrence: Your deposit will be respected and transferred to your newly scheduled date. Second occurrence: Your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
